CIAM ForgeRock Developer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled CIAM ForgeRock developer with 4–6 years of experience in implementing and managing customer identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the ForgeRock stack and strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement CIAM solutions using ForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS)

Configure authentication journeys, access policies, and identity workflows

Integrate ForgeRock with external systems (APIs, web apps, mobile apps)

Customize ForgeRock components using Java, JavaScript, REST APIs
-
Manage user identity lifecycle including provisioning, de-provisioning, and synchronization
-
Implement security standards like OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML
-
Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues
-
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Ensure scalability, performance, and security of CIAM solutions
Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with ForgeRock (Access Management, Identity Management, Directory Services)

Strong knowledge of CIAM concepts and IAM frameworks

Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0

Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, JSON, LDAP

Experience in authentication flows, MFA, and adaptive authentication

Good understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure is a plus)

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in ForgeRock Identity Cloud

Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)

Exposure to security compliance standards
