Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer / BI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Talend and Power BI to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level data integration and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ETL development, data warehousing, SQL optimization, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Mandatory Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend following best practices.

• Build interactive and scalable Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

• Develop and enhance SSRS reports including tables, matrices, drill-downs, parameters, linked reports, and row-level security (RLS).

• Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize SSIS packages (preferred).

• Write and optimize advanced T-SQL queries using joins, CTEs, indexing, and performance tuning techniques.

• Work with multiple databases including SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

• Manage SQL Server Agent jobs, scheduling, monitoring, and logging.

• Implement data warehousing concepts such as fact/dimension modeling and ETL best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across reporting platforms.
